We use this Marinade for practically all of our BBQ Meat its Fabulous!
2/3 Cup Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Vinegar
4 to 6 tbsp. Montreal Steak Spice
This in the tastiest Marinade around, and its soooo easy!
You can adjust the amount of the Marinade according to the amount of Meat youre using. I always mix everything right in the large measuring cups makes life easy!

Put the Meat right in a Large Ziploc Bag, pour in the mixed Marinade and pop in the Fridge for a few hours. As with all marinades, the longer it sits, the stronger the flavor, so overnight is good, too.
Try using this Marinade on Chicken Breasts, Steak and Pork Loin Strips (then cut into coins).
For Greek Marinade for Chicken, just substitute the Montreal Steak Spice with Greek Seaoning, available at Costco or other Grocery Stores.
