Fruit Puffs

We loooove these fancy schmancy wee Fruit Puffs, and they're a breeze to make.

< >

Ingredients:

1 Package of Tenderflake Puff Pastry Tart Shells (they're in the Freezer Section of your Grocery Store)

2 Cups of Fresh or Frozen Berries

About 1/2 a cup of Sugar (just Sugar to sweeten the Berries...)

Whip Cream for the Top.

** **

Step One: Put the Puff Pastry Shells on a piece of Parchment Paper on a Cookie Sheet.

Bake in the Oven for the recommended time on the Package -- usually about 20 minutes.

Often I will take them out of the oven early, remove the tiny 'Tops', take out the pastry in the middle, then cook that beside the regular Tart Shells.

** **

Step Two: Take off the Tiny Pastry Tops (they come 'pre-cut', so it's easy...).

Sprinkle the Fruit with a wee bit of Sugar to taste.

If the Fruit is Frozen, pop it in the Microwave for about 3 minutes, with the Sugar already on it.

** **

Put the Pastry Shells on individual plates, then spoon the Fruit into the Shells.

**

Top with a wee drop of Whip Cream -- doesn't that look deeelicious?!

This is a fabulous dessert, and everyone loves it!

Happy Cooking -- And Eating! Ailsa!
