Exterior Finish: Scratch Coat
The Scratch Coat is the Under Coat before the Final Stucco Finish, so this is a great thing to see going on your new House! When you see the Scratch Coat go on, that means you're within weeks of the House being Completed, which is what everyone waits for with baited breath! (And sometimes Empty Wallets at that point in the Build, until the whole thing is Done!)
The First picture is the Back of the House, with the Scratch Coat on, then the Front of the House from a couple of Angles. It's funny when I look back at these pictures, because I was still learning how to use my fancy schmancy Video Camera (it takes Still Shots, too), so the pictures aren't as clear as the later shots. Ah, well. Live and learn!
