Insulation
Insulation is a key process in your House Build. It will provide protection from the Weather (Heat and Cold), and provide an excellent Sound Barrier, too.
I love these pictures of the Insulation in the Peak in the Great Room. Cool, eh?
If you can catch your Insulators in time (or, with any luck, discuss this with them in advance...), consider putting Insulation between the Walls of the Bedrooms and the Bathrooms. It'll create a god Sound Barrier between those rooms, which you will be very thankful for once you're in the House!
