relocating. all this is new to me. i like it just new to me. here is a little
more about me. i was married 18yrs and we adopted a son who is 13 now. miss
being married but like being single so go figure. its hard to find someone
who is your soul mate and i do believe in that still.i just want someone who
loves to laugh, not afraid of responsibilities and down to earth and u can
say all these things all you want but its hard to find it on paper,but i want
to try,
you seem like a very nice lady to help people out like u do and i appreciate

Here's our first letter, and I just got it, this morning (October 12th!):
Dear Ailsa,
Thanks so much for writing me back. It is 3:00 in the morning and I could
not get back to sleep, so decided to check my email and was glad to see you
had responded :-)
I got on your web site and started reading away. Loved your bio and your work
on how to meet and marry a millionire. Listen Ailsa, I am a gorgeous and beautiful
lady (inside and out so my friends tell me), of Nubian descent (African American)
and I have been single for about 15 years. I am 5'10". At one time I
was a hot model. Got married, ate the wedding cake and the rest is history.
I am 53 (am told I could pass for 35) heavy set at this time, but am working
on killing that. Rarely dated because I was raising four children alone. (You
understand raising them alone :-)). Basically they are all grown now (the
youngest is 15, 6' 3" and can fiend for himself (smile) and the eldest
is 26 and is a disgruntled CPA who is trying to find her real niche in life.
The other two are male college students 18 and 23) they are all great people
who I have no problems with. Glad I can say that too!!
Now, Ailsa, I am ready to hit the dating scene. The reason I am inquiring
about Canada is because I am thinking about building a home there after I
retire in two years. I have been a teacher now for 30 years; Stopped four
times to have the babies. However when this youngest one graduates from high
school, attache in hand, I am graduating from high school too, I am retiring!!!!!.
Am also looking for Mr. Right!! Hoping to make a Canadian connection (smile)!
However, I am wondering if there are some great Canadian guys of Nubian, descent
that you know of, like and would not mind introducing to your new found African
American sistah?! Am looking for a millionaire in faith, love, happiness,
joy and money (oh the thought of it (smile)). Tired of the dried out American
scene. Most African American men here in America, now want women who are not
of African American descent! Breaks my heart :-(. I have thought of dating
outside of the race (I know that was going to be your next suggestion), however
I love bald headed men of African descent! (Oh pleeeease LOL). Ailsa, can
you hook a sister up with an African-Canadian man from that side of the world?

Hi, Angel!! I'd love to 'hook a sistah up'!! In fact, I have two great friends in the L.A. area who are also 'on the Market'... Maria ( I don't actually know how old Maria is, but she looks like she's in her forties -- I have a great picture of Maria -- I'll need to get my photo thing fixed so I can get those pictures on the Site!!). And then there's Janiece, who is a lovely 26 year old. They're both looking for someone really nice, and it would be good if they could qualify along the lines of my other page, if you know what I mean!! ha,ha!
Let me have a good look around to see who I know -- I'm thinking of a friend of a friend, but he lives in L.A. Would that work for you?? You never know where you'll find true love (or how far you'll have to move to get it! yuff, yuff!)... I'll make a few calls, write a few e-mails, and see what I can come up with!!

Hey, my wonderful friend, Jim, is currently single... have you seen Ellen Degeneres' new show, yet?? It's fantastic, and the DJ, Tony, on Ellen's Show is like a twin to Jim!! It's really uncanny... I had to stop what I was doing (yes, I was working on my website!!) to watch the Show very carefully to see that it was not Jim... same look, same voice, same mannerisms, same great smile... so if you think you'd like a 'hook up' like that, drop me a line!!
