Ailsa's Favorite LOLcats Pictures!

Really, I love these little LOLcats jokes! I pop into this lolcats site any time I am stressed (is that all day, half the night?? haha!), just to have a wee laugh. They are admittedly very silly, thus very funny! And here I wasn't even a fan o' da kitteh before I started reading this site... everyone knows I am more of a Dog girl! (The pets and the men, unfortunately...! wink, wink!)

And reminded me of a little article to help me cope with my own In-Law situations, years ago... crazily enough, I see that I saved it as 'Getting along with jerks', which shows you a bit of what I was feeling the day I wroteded that... (think Homer). It's actual title is How to Deal With Difficult People or, How to Not Go Mad During the Holidays... . Now here's the really funny thing. Sometimes it's just fun to go back and read my own writing. Not to gloat, or nuthin' (must buy a dixtionary!), but to see what I was thinking back then, and frankly, that stuff's pretty funny. Back then, I just wrote to kept myself from going mad, and to amuse myself. I spent waaay too much time all by myself, back in my marriage! It's nice to be in L.A., and even though I'm not with a 'significant other' (or even an 'insignificant other', which I would seriously consider, at this point! hahaha!), I do get to talk with other adults every single day, and actually leave the house, as well! See, things can change!
