Archived At Home With Ailsa
Well, I started writing my At Home with Ailsa update page years and years, ago, when I actually was at home, pretty much all the time.. that's part of the reason I think I went a little stir crazy... and if you haven't ever lived in a snow-bound place, like, errr, Canada, then you may not be familiar with the joys of being house-bound because there's 5 feet of snow at your door, and if you're living in Calgary where there are the occasional chinooks, where warm (ish!) wind rolls through and melts all the said 5 feet of snow, so now you don't have to shovel it, yourself, so you just wait inside until the next Chinook arrives, a mere 28 days after the snow storm ...well, count yourselves lucky!! lol! It occurred to me, this morning, since I now live in Los Angeles, California, and it happens to be slightly rainy, today, so in my mind, far too cold to venture out of the house (!), that I should check to see just how far down my At Home With Ailsa page, went, and wouldn't you know it, it went all the way back to 2006, right after I first got here... guess I've been a little busy, since I'm a Special Education Teacher, down here (looove it!)(the teaching, I mean, not necessarily California... too many crazies and liars for my taste... my apologies to the truly kind people in California -- are you from somewhere else?? haha! My new theory about Los Angeles is that it is a little like Australia, where their population derived from criminals, so my theory is that maybe a large part of the population of L.A. is descended from lunatics and crazies, and that's why there are sooo many to deal with, out here -- three a week, on average, for me! hahaha!) But I digress, as I am wont to do... so today I am simplifying my pages, making my At Home With Ailsa not nearly soo long, so it's easier for folks to open at home (if it's icky outside, and you find yourself at the computer... or it's 4 am, and here you are at youse 'puter, again... lol!). So if you feel like seeing what I was up to all those years, ago, enjoy... :) xox

I love this Ad for Spongebob Squarepants Screensavers because on of my very favorite Spongebob scenes is where Spongebob is secretly watching a Show of Jellyfish like it's a porn movie, when Gary the Snail comes in the room and Spongebob yelps at getting caught watching 'something bad' and quickly changes the channel so Gary can't see it ... Hilarious!
